Delivery terms and shipment

When making a purchase in our online store, you must be legally competent and a natural person aged 18 or over.

All prices include value-added tax, which in Finland is 25.5% on our products.

Marginal taxation applies to used goods.

Bisarri sells used goods. All photographs are the property of Bisarri and permission must be obtained to use them.

Delivery
Orders are primarily delivered via Posti Finland. Products are delivered to the subscriber or another delivery address specified by the customer. It is also possible to pick up the ordered product from our store at Bisarri, Tarkk’ampujankatu 5, 00120 Helsinki.

Bisarri delivers products worldwide.

Delivery time
Processing time for products is 2 - 6 business days from the order.

Shipping costs
We cover all shipping costs for orders over 300 euros to Finland and over 800 euros to abroad.

Shipping costs are charged according to Posti Finland's rates.

Return of defective products
All returns must always be agreed upon in advance with customer service. The complaint period is 14 days from the product pickup. We do not reimburse costs incurred from returns unless the return has been agreed upon beforehand.

Shipments damaged during delivery
Unfortunately, despite careful packaging, the post does not always manage to deliver packages intact. Therefore, it is good to check the condition of the package and any possible damage when picking up the shipment. If the shipment is damaged, file a damage report immediately at your post office. Also contact Bisarri.fi customer service so we can arrange delivery of a new product. All orders have a 14-day return right for unopened packages.
